Experience Mapping for Under Armour

Under Armour was looking to build a sneaker customizer tool for their website, allowing users to design and purchase custom Under Armour shoes from their e-commerce site. As part of our discovery for this project, we created an experience map to better understand the customer’s context for wanting to design and buy these shoes.
